The Politico's Ben Smith reports that John Edwards will "at a minimum" suspend his campaign due to his wife's worsening health. That means all the speculation below still applies.
UPDATE 2: Guess he's staying in despite his wife's illness. I bet you there's more press coverage of the campaign from now on. Nothing the MSM likes better than a family tragedy.
